Hello Wastelanders, In light of my new mainline episode not being quite finished, and the fact that I will be playing fallout 2d20 online with friend of the show 'Board Games with Thomas'. I decided to record me creating a new character and show you all a bit about how it works. The easter egg here is that this character I created will become a key figure in the Wasteland Story...story in the future. If you are only interested in the gripping story and don't much care how a character is made in fallout, then you can safely skip this one.
