When we consider the state of the black community, too often we find that as a whole we are not nearly as prepared for that inevitable day as other races are. A lot of times we don't have wills prepared, no insurance, no designated executor of estate, etc. Go fundme pages have become the new insurance plan. It seems a little irresponsible to leave this world without making some sort of plan. Is your house in order?

HALF? Is it good enough for you? So many conversations have been sparked about the role a man is to play financially in a relationship or marriage. Some say that a man isn't a man if he only pays half of the bills. Some say that a man should pay ALL of the bills. A few women have even said that a man who only pays half isn't her man, he's her roommate. Another woman in a conversation stated that should could not "submit" to a man who only paid half the bills. Join in on this topic with us as we dive into this debate as we discuss our thoughts on these statements and what works for us in a relationship.

In this episode the guys tackle the lack of diversity hires in professional sports, especially in the NFL. Also, have we placed too much responsibility on our black and brown players that makes them feel they have to out up with racist behaviors. Race in sports has always and continues to be a very hot topic in our community. As it stands, the NFL has 32 franchises and out of that only 3 teams have a coach who is a minority. 10% doesn't sound like much does it?
