What makes something an AGI? What requirements should it meet? 1. Darwin. It should be able to explore many possibilities, via variation and selection. 2. Turing. It should have the widest set of possibilities and opportunities. It should be able to think anything that is thinkable. Compute anything computable. 3. Darwin. Having found a new and good idea or theory, it should be possible to use it to improve how it searches. It should be able to engage in variation and selection in new ways.
