Choosing Peace Over Chaos This Fourth of July

episode Choosing Peace Over Chaos This Fourth of July cover

Description

In this episode, I share how my perspective on the Fourth of July has evolved over the years and why getting sober in 2019 changed the way I experience holidays. My feelings about this holiday aren’t based on one thing alone. They’re shaped by personal growth, sobriety, and difficult experiences that have occurred around this time of year. As I’ve healed, I’ve found myself seeing the holiday through a different lens. Today, fireworks no longer feel like a celebration to me. Instead, I think about their impact on wildlife, pets, nature, and communities, and I find myself asking whether some traditions still align with the values of peace, compassion, and intentional living. This episode isn’t about telling anyone how they should celebrate. It’s an invitation to reflect on how our experiences shape us, to honor the ways we grow and change, and to give ourselves permission to choose what aligns with our values. I close with a question that has become a guiding principle in my own life: Everything may be permissible, but is it beneficial? What if we filtered our choices—not just around holidays, but in every area of life—through the lens of peace, alignment, and intention? If you’ve ever found your perspective changing because of life’s experiences, or you’ve felt called to protect your peace even when it means doing things differently, I hope this conversation encourages you to trust your own journey. episode Living Life on Repeat: Why I Chose Freedom artwork

Living Life on Repeat: Why I Chose Freedom

Have you ever reached a point where the life you've worked so hard to build no longer feels like it fits? In this episode, I share my experience of what I call the void—that space between who you've been and who you're becoming. It's the season where your old life no longer feels aligned, but your next chapter hasn't fully revealed itself. I'll take you behind my own journey from feeling stuck after 18 years in real estate to experiencing a spiritual awakening that changed the direction of my life. We explore why the void can feel uncomfortable, why growth often begins in uncertainty, and how learning to trust yourself is the first step toward creating a life that's truly aligned. If you're navigating change, questioning your purpose, or sensing that you're meant for something more, this episode is for you. Email: tricia.SWproperties@gmail.com

To the Mother of the Boundary-Testers and Earth-Shakers

If your children came out of the womb wild, intense, and ready to test every single rule, this episode is a sacred permission slip to stop trying to force them into a conventional box. They aren't bad. They are likely high-frequency souls here to wake up humanity, and their energy is simply too big for traditional, compliance-based parenting methods. In this raw transmission, we pull back the curtain on the hidden physical toll of the parenting journey. The truth is simple: you cannot guide a high-frequency soul if your own human body is trapped in survival mode, holding onto years of parenting stress and unexpressed grief. You cannot lead them if your own personal energy is completely depleted. This work isn't about fixing your kids. It’s about helping you regulate your system, clear the deep-seated guilt, and expand your emotional capacity so you can support their soul's mission without losing yourself and dimming their light. Tun in to discover how to move out of survival mode and step back into your whole-human radiance. ⚡ WORK WITH ME: Are you an exhausted mother raising a high-frequency child? Stop surviving and start radiating. I specialize in whole-human emotional regulation, helping you clear the backlog of stress so you can lead your home with calm authority. I have limited openings this month for my premium 1:1 Whole-Human Mentorship! 20 minutes free discovery calls also available on the first come first serve . The Lowest Income Year of My Life & How I’m Staying Positive ⭐

In today’s episode, I begin by celebrating my mom’s birthday and reflecting on the gift of gratitude before sharing something deeply personal. This has been the lowest income year of my adult life. For many people, that statement would come with shame. But for me, it has become a season of growth, faith, and learning to trust God in a way I never have before. I’m opening up about why I don’t regret the debt I took on, how I’m navigating financial hardship without letting it define my worth, and the mindset shifts that are helping me stay positive even when life doesn’t look the way I imagined. If you’ve ever felt behind financially, questioned your path, or wondered how to keep moving forward during difficult seasons, I hope this conversation reminds you that your circumstances do not determine your value. Sometimes our greatest growth happens in the seasons that stretch us the most. In this episode, we talk about: • Financial hardship and overcoming financial stress • Letting go of shame around money and debt • Choosing gratitude over fear • Trusting God during uncertain seasons • Building resilience through life’s challenges • Finding peace when your income doesn’t reflect your purpose If this episode encouraged you, please subscribe, leave a review, and share it with someone who needs hope today. Remember: Your current season is not your final destination. For questions or to get Support email: tricia.SW properties@gmail.com With love and blessings.
