Lindsay has also spent her professional career helping athletes achieve mental focus through physiological exercises such as breathing and meditation.

Austin has been improving his life in all avenues since 2016. Living in Redondo been in recovery ever since the move from San Diego a few years back. A lot is on the horizon in a lot of new areas such as weight training and supplement company and expanding in the recovery community.
