About Anchored In Life

Two friends, Lenise and Allie, met at a news station in Alabama during very different seasons in their lives. Allie moved there to live out her childhood dream of being a news reporter and met Lenise, the main news anchor, sprouting a lifelong friendship with Lenise. Now hundreds of miles apart, Lenise and Allie stay connected by having insightful conversations about what keeps them anchored in life. Each episode, they will chat about trying to stay positive in a world full of negativity, and what habits they have formed (or need to form) to truly stay anchored.
