backstory on this podcast

I'm not a licensed therapist, obviously... as i am only 18, but this podcast is made to be a comfort place to allow anyone out there who feels unheard or feels like they aren't understood or just needs advice to feel safe and comfortable listening to what i have to say. although i may not be a therapist, i've always been told that i am really good at giving advice especially on topics that i can strongly relate to. i hope that this episode cleared the air on what i want this podcast to be about. thanks for listening :)
