That's exactly what BTY45 is and in this episode, I'm breaking down everything you need to know and inviting you to do it with me. We're covering why I created this challenge, the 7 rules and the reason behind every single one of them, what to actually expect when you start, and the core message behind all of it because this isn't just a fitness challenge. This is a prove-it-to-yourself challenge. The 7 Rules: 1. Two workouts per day (35–45 min minimum, one must be an outdoor walk) 2. No alcohol 3.
