And this is not about the structure of the ship that made it great but the purpose why it was completed. When God felt disappointed with the people because they have become sinful and evil to the bones, He planned to wipe them out by sending a flood, a terrible one. But He also planned to save a family by putting them in the ark and presented them a chance to start over. Do you like new beginnings? Assignment. Leaving God’s assignment behind is never going to be a good idea, Jonah was the proof. He was supposed to deliver a message to warn the citizens of Nineveh. But instead of going straight to the city, he chose to outsmart God. And so he found himself facing trouble after trouble. Ang Unang Pasko (The First Christmas)

What happened in Bethlehem, on the first Christmas Day, is in this story. After hours of travelling, the family found shelter at a stable, where baby Jesus was born. They couldn’t get themselves a place because many came to town to register for the census. Sometime later, the Three Wise Men who encountered a very unjust ruler, visited Jesus. King Herod wanted all the young boys vanished. Still, the family escaped a real danger as God would have wanted. How did they do it?
