30 Days of More Closing Celebration!

Congrats!!! You’ve made it to the end of the 30 Days of More Challenge! You’ve spent the past thirty days expanding what you believe is possible for your money, your work, your desires, and your leadership. This closing ritual was about bringing that expansion into the body on a deeper level and creating your plan of action on where to go from here. We moved, we celebrated, and actually let ourselves feel the wins instead of rushing past them on the way to the next thing on the list. Whatever you’ve done or haven’t done as a part of this challenge, I encourage you to watch this final training as it has the power to shift so much for you. Inside I teach: * Why it’s so important to physically celebrate both small and big wins (and why you’re subconsciously blocking your expansion when you don’t) * The essential mindset shift you need to make if you’re ready to stop looping on an old money pattern and actually live something new * A guided practice for identifying how your desire and fear both show up in the body, so that you can move forward living and leading from your desires instead of your fears. I’ve had so much fun leading you thru this challenge, and being stretched myself: showing up here (almost) every day for 30 days! This has been exciting and it’s also just the beginning. I hope you’ll consider upgrading to one of our paid tiers here on Substack. What to expect from your paid subscription: * Monthly live sessions like this one with me and guests, focused on practices and rituals to support you in stepping into your next level of expression, abundance and leadership * Monthly new & full moon rituals to connect you more deeply with your body and intuition * An intimate chat space with direct access to ask me questions on the practices and processes presented (FOUNDING MEMBERS ONLY!) The purpose of the paid tiers is not just to give you more information (because like I’ve shared in this challenge, the information age is over!). The purpose is to give you actual practices & rituals for taking action on, and a community to connect and grow with. If you’re reading this knowing you’re ready for a deeper support as you step into your next level as a leader, CEO and embodied change maker, I have a special invitation for you: We’ve opened two more spots inside The MOTHERMIND [https://www.emilynachazel.com/mothermind] Leadership Training, and when you enroll this month you’ll get to join us for our in person retreat in June. The MOTHERMIND is a nine month feminine leadership training for the woman who is done carrying her business all alone and ready to scale through a web of support. Through monthly somatic trainings, private 1:1 calls and quarterly in person retreats, you will learn in strategy and in body how to grow your income & impact without sacrificing your health or family. Learn more about the MOTHERMIND Leadership Training & book a discovery call here [https://www.emilynachazel.com/mothermind]. Let desire lead what’s next my friend. I’ll see you here, or inside the MOTHERMIND! 🌀 This post is part of 30 Days of More — a somatic money challenge designed to expand your capacity to hold and receive more money with less resistance. Each day includes a practice to help you turn your big feelings into fuel for big money. Free subscribers receive the daily posts and weekly money challenges, and paid subscribers get access to the somatic practices and integration journal prompts. Day 17: She Did It In Her First Year Freelance

Rebecca came into Made for More during last February’s round — right at the beginning of her first year going out on her own as a freelance marketing consultant after years of working for other organizations. From the outside, she had everything it takes — vast expertise, a track record, and a clear vision for what she wanted to build. And yet she was carrying familiar stories — don’t brag, put your head down and do the work. What if the next paycheck doesn’t come? What if wanting that much means something is wrong with you? What shifted wasn’t a new business strategy. It was something that moved in her body. In this conversation Rebecca shares what it actually felt like to do this work — including the moment in the chaos and clarity practice (the same one we’re sharing tomorrow for paid subscribers) where something cracked open for her. How clarity, for her, turned out not to be having all the answers mapped out — but trusting that she had the wisdom to figure it out as it came. And how that one reframe changed everything about how she moved in her business. She also shares something she’s only recently been able to say without the caveat attached: she had the best financial year of her life in her very first year of being fully on her own. Full stop. And she did it while navigating one of the hardest things she’s ever been through — a major medical emergency mid-year that turned an ER visit into surgery and a months-long recovery. She’ll tell you herself that the somatic work is a big part of why she came out the other side without carrying it in her body. I love highlighting community stories like this because I know what it feels like to have the hitch, to want more and feel the body contract. And I know how much it means to hear someone else say — I felt that too, but look what happened next. This is what the work actually does. If something in this conversation moves through you — bring it into the comments or into the Inner Circle Chat. We are holding every single thing that surfaces this week. Rebecca is a freelance marketing consultant specializing in brand storytelling and creative project management. She works with clients of all sizes anywhere in the world. Day 1: It's Not a Strategy Problem. It's a Capacity Problem.

Join us for 30 Days of More on Substack! [https://emilynachazel.substack.com/] In today’s episode of Birthing the New I’m sharing a story I haven’t fully told before. It’s about a season in my business where the offers were good, the marketing was solid, and nothing was landing. Again and again and again. And what I finally had to reckon with when I picked up the mirror. Money is always in the conversation in my world — inside my containers, inside client sessions, inside the quiet moments where women finally say the thing they’ve been afraid to say out loud. And it makes sense, right? Because money is so loaded. We grow up hearing “Money doesn’t grow on trees. Money is the root of all evil. You can’t want that kind of money.” The old paradigm has a lot to say. But at the core money is a tool. Money is energy exchange. Money is currency. And you want it — not because you’re greedy, not because you’re selfish, not because you’re too much — but because there are big things you want to do. For the world. For your family. For yourself. Money is how we take care of those things. So why does it still feel like you can’t hold more of it? The thing that blocks us from receiving and holding more money isn’t a strategy problem. It’s not that you need a better funnel or a more organized launch plan or one more course on how to sell. It’s a conflicting desire. Living in your body. You say yes, I want more — and somewhere deep down, something in you says but... I know this because it happened to me. Again. Even after 10, 11 years in business. Even while teaching this exact work. Press play above to hear the full story — and consider this your official invitation into what comes next. Join us for 30 Days of More on Substack! [https://emilynachazel.substack.com/about] Welcome to 30 Days Of More! This Taurus Season challenge and celebration is built on my bestselling program Made for More, and over the next 30 days we’re getting to the root of the emotional debris, the inherited stories, and the conflicting desires that are taking up space in your money box. Here’s how to join us: Free subscribers get thought leadership posts, the money box framework, and a weekly money challenge for the full 30 days. Paid subscribers ($8/month) get everything above plus somatic practices and access to three live calls with me throughout the series. New Moon In Aries Ritual

This is a free preview of a paid episode. To hear more, visit emilynachazel.substack.com [https://emilynachazel.substack.com?utm_medium=podcast&utm_campaign=CTA_7] Become a paid subscriber here [https://emilynachazel.substack.com/about] to listen to the full ritual! Aries season already carries the energy of a beginning — it’s the first sign of the zodiac, the spark before the flame, the inhale before the leap. And since it’s the first new moon since the astrological new year, the New Moon in Aries is inviting you to reset within the reset. Aries is the sign that rules initiation, desire, and the courage to simply begin. The ram doesn’t deliberate. It doesn’t ask for permission or soften its edges to make others more comfortable. It moves toward what it wants — and for just a little while that energy is available to all of us. So this new moon, we’re not just setting intentions. We’re going back to the most foundational questions there are: Who am I, right now, in this version of my life? What do I actually want? Not what you wanted last year. Not what looks good on paper. Not the edited, palatable version you’d share in a room full of people or in a newsletter update. The real thing. The tender, fiery, unfiltered thing. For this ritual, you’ll need: -About 20 minutes in a quiet, private space -A journal and something to write with -A candle Something red — a crystal, an object, or a red candle — to call in the energy of Aries and its ruler, Mars Light your candle. Set your red object beside it. Let this time be just for you. And let yourself want things. After you’ve sat with the ritual — how are you feeling? Take some time to reflect on what surfaced and let yourself continue to write for as long as it feels good. You are invited to share in the comments on Substack as a paid subscriber [https://emilynachazel.substack.com/about]. Big Hugs, Emily
