hello beautiful sweetie pie angel bugs i love you. this episode is about fear & how it keeps us stagnant. it’s about discomfort paving a path to personal growth. fear is beautiful & needed & we don’t need to push it away, but we don’t need to act from it either. fear reminds us not to touch the hot stove, but it doesn’t keep us from cooking. passion should always take the lead & fear is more like the annoying sidekick. it has some good points & shouldn’t be ignored but also could never lead the team 🤭

being vulnerable when being alive feels heavy is very very scary. but that heaviness is a giant coat of shame & when you can remove that coat & allow yourself to be seen life feels much lighter. this episode is me removing that coat. you are worthy because you are alive. i love you <3
