Bridging the Gap: Implementation Science in Action
In today’s episode, we’re diving into the work of the Effective Implementation Cohort (EIC)—a multi-partner initiative at NIRN focused on strengthening district systems to support the effective use of evidence-based practices. I’m joined by Dr. Ximena Franco-Jenkins, Dr. Megan Bookhout, and Yolanda Perkins from NIRN, along with partners from Guilford County Schools and TNTP, to explore how this cohort is using implementation science to drive meaningful, sustainable change. Together, we’ll discuss the goals of the project, what districts are learning through the process, and how collaboration across research, practice, and technical assistance is shaping real-world impact.
