Since then, she has moved through multiple chapters of training, from dance to powerlifting, physique competition, HYROX, and even becoming someone who now enjoys running, something she once avoided completely. Each phase required her to rebuild her body, challenge old beliefs, and expand what she thought she was capable of physically and mentally. Sara brings a contagious energy to everything she does, and her approach proves that you do not have to be born “built for it” to grow into a stronger, more capable version of yourself. David first met Sara in 2019 when he hired her as a fitness intern at Hilton Head Health. They have stayed friends and colleagues ever since, making this conversation both personal and inspiring.
