This week on Cunty Discussions we are back talking about the short BL Dawning and this story really said “what if we made everybody suffer emotionally for fun?” We follow Dawn Mezger, who has spent years trying to uncover the truth behind his parents’ death after receiving a mysterious letter connected to their past. His search leads him to Haymes a quiet older man living alone with enough emotional baggage to fill an entire mansion. What starts off as curiosity slowly turns into something way deeper as Dawn finds comfort in Haymes only to realize the man he’s falling for might actually be tied to the tragedy that ruined his life. This story is short but somehow manages to pack in so much angst, tension, guilt, longing, and emotional damage in the best way possible. The chemistry between Dawn and Haymes feels so heavy from the start and every chapter just keeps peeling back more secrets until you’re sitting there stressed out for everybody involved. Nocturne really knew how to make a story feel soft, haunting, romantic, and painful all at the same time.So of course we had to sit down and talk about why BL authors love making beautiful men suffer for our entertainment. If you love messy emotions, doomed romance, and stories that leave you staring at the wall after finishing them this episode is definitely for you.

This week on Cunty Discussions we’re getting into a BL where the vibes are dark, nasty, and the karma? Oh is VERY much alice.
