Margaret Cook for HART Harvesting for the Arts: Non-profit Work & the Power of the Arts

Today, I sat down with my good friend Margaret (Meg) Cook, Founder and Campaign Manager of HART Harvesting for the Arts. This central Iowa non-profit gifts students (K-12) arts scholarships by raising garden produce and putting on events for suggested donations.
