I Miss the TLM

Description

In this weeks episode I express my thoughts on the Traditional Latin Mass following recent ecclesiastical restrictions. Although I do not identify as a strict traditionalist, I deeply value the spiritual beauty and history associated with pre-Vatican II liturgy. I highlight my experiences at St. Ann’s in Charlotte, and how the community previously enjoyed a peaceful coexistence between different liturgical styles. The current lack of accessibility to these traditions, which has forced many devoted families to travel long distances to worship are difficult. We are one holy, Catholic and Apostolic church and it is my prayer that the traditional expressions of faith can once again flourish together without restrictions.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church

Are you looking to go deeper in your knowledge of the Catholic faith and doctrine? In this episode  dive into the history and structure of the Catechism of the Catholic Church. We break down the "Four Pillars" of the faith and explore how they provide the ultimate framework for transforming not only our spiritual lives, but our work, leadership, and daily conduct. If we want to build virtuous habits and become modern saints, we must first understand the architecture of our belief. Knowledge pursued for the love of God refines the soul! In this episode, we cover: * The History: Why Pope St. John Paul II and Cardinal Ratzinger commissioned a universal Catechism for the modern world. * Pillar I (The Creed): The intellectual foundation of divine revelation. * Pillar II (The Sacraments): The economy of grace that fuels our daily asceticism. * Pillar III (The Commandments): How moral theology meets professional excellence and integrity. * Pillar IV (Prayer): The interior discipline required to sustain our pursuit of holiness. * Subscribe for more deep dives into Scripture, the Catechism, and the lives of the Saints as we continue to unite worship, belief, and action.
