Troy Jones, Director of Sports Performance Specialist at FitSpeed stops by the show to talk about the fitness industry, how it has evolved, and some of the problems facing the industry today. Troy also talks about athletic training and preparing athletes for the NFL combine. Slim from Ballscast responds to Zack's challenge and Sha can't wait to rub Slim's belly.
