Jo has played a pioneering role in shaping the menopause conversation, including co-authoring the landmark 2017 UK Government Report, ‘The Effects of Menopause Transition on Women’s Economic Participation in the UK'.

Social Mobility Awareness Day, with Molly Jane Lewis

Chambers and Partners Senior Research Analyst and Social Mobility Ambassador, Arjan Singh Chauhan, spoke with Molly Jane Lewis of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. We discussed her journey into the legal professional, the importance of social mobility, and what law firms can do to increase social mobility within the profession. Moreover, we shed a light on the realities of being socially mobile such as the feelings of imposter syndrome and the isolation that may occur once you are socially mobile. Molly won the 'Highly Commended and Gold Award' of the Rising Start category at the UK Social Mobility Awards in 2022.
