Episode 5: You are gifted.
This episode is short and sweet. It's things I have been thinking about recently in relation to being called and gifted and yet realizing the importance of what is before you right now. You are gifted by the God of the universe. The gifts he has given you are intentional and they are meant to further His Kingdom on earth and serve the body of Christ.
With churches getting bigger, it's harder to find our place within the body of believers and see the needs where our gifting can be plugged in. We think we can come and just observe... but that's not how it was meant to be. Your gift is needed. Begin asking God what gifts He has put within you and how you can use them. Then trust that He is a big God and he will do exceedingly and abundantly beyond what you could ask for or imagine. Let's be those who expect him to do big things!

"Even so the body is not made up of one part but of many. Now if the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” it would not for that reason stop being part of the body. If the whole body were an eye, where would the sense of hearing be? If the whole body were an ear, where would the sense of smell be? But in fact God has placed the parts in the body, every one of them, just as he wanted them to be. If they were all one part, where would the body be? As it is, there are many parts, but one body.
