Whether it’s motherhood, health & fitness, or mental health, I’m here to talk about it all!Growing up, being called “chatty” was considered an insult because I talked too much. I was one of the girls with it marked on her report cards, and even got called Chatty Cathy by teachers. Now, I’m turning it into my superpower and creating a space to talk about WHATEVER I want. This is mostly for me, but I also hope others resonate and enjoy what I have to say!
