Jesus has asked us to forgive, but do we know how to forgive ourself... or do we beat ourself up? Again and again we put ourself down, we find fault with ourself, and we compare ourself to somebody else or even to our younger, skinnier, better looking and more able self. Jesus Christ was beat up so we don't have to beat ourselves up any longer.

In order to really get answers sometimes you have to do more than just pray. Like Jesus taught his disciples when they failed to cast out an evil spirit... you must fast with a purpose and pray.
