He also said: “Whatever we do, we envision, or we try to create, either at our functional level or at the organisation level, we think about farm work as a core intend to be benefitted. This is our front-end vision” “Our back-end vision is to empower the employees with the data, insights, and right productive tools, right set of various technologies, so that they can be the best of what they are supposed to be” “Even if I am a digital officer, technology is the last worry for me. The biggest important thing is that the business model must be right”
