Helping people out there get rid of their confusion, depression, and fear of not being able to find that perfect workout. Instead, look at fitness from a different lens of having fun with it by disciplining yourself to look at the quality of time in working hard towards building consistency with each rep. So you can create that lifetime habit of staying strong for living long in order to enjoy its journey forever.

Explaining the simplicity of fitness and its journey just by breaking down what my week really looks like depending on the type of workout routine I end up performing around that given time period.  How to be flexible enough with what you have in the current moment and to make the most out of it especially. Whether it be a chained basketball hoop, water jugs filled with sand in them, a mat for doing yoga poses, or any form of exercise that keep the body moving constantly.  Stop overthinking about what the results will look like, and do it for the enjoyment of how fitness can help save the longevity of your life; just by keeping the bones and muscles active.  The two most simplest things in the world for sustaining your health levels; are either pushed out for another day or mostly ignored to find something easier to do than keeping the body fit.  Even though it’s recommended worldwide for incorporating a fitness plan, commitment, and journey to action.
