Connections - The Terry Lige Podcast
This is episode five on the Connections Podcast. With the help of friends, I will investigate what I call “Character Bridges”. There are extraordinary internal qualities that are common to everyone. Some people call these your character qualities. They include qualities such as honesty, compassion, and determination. These internal qualities are vehicles that transport you over those daunting obstacles in life and take you to where you want to be both personally and professionally. Therefore, they are called character bridges. They are not learned skills or practical tools but qualities that can be strengthened with exercise. The great challenge of personal development is to identify the necessary character bridges that are suitable for the obstacle you want to overcome and then activate that bridge. This is when the bridge becomes an action plan. For more information about Inside Out Leadership and the Connections Program, visit terrylige.com [https://www.terrylige.com/].
