Over the past several months, I’ve felt like I’ve been moving through a deep season of healing, unraveling, and letting go. At times it felt like a dark womb—a space between who I was and who I am becoming. And now, something feels different. In this episode, I share what I’ve been noticing as I emerge from that season and step into a new version of myself. One that feels lighter. Clearer. More trusting. More willing to take up space and say yes to what’s calling.
