We have a conversation with my higher self, who is the part of myself I felt betrayed by. She explains why the doing the difficult thing is worth the discomfort.

Moving Through Fear

Ever had a panic attack or felt overwhelmed to the point of breakdown? In this episode, I share my higher self’s take on why fear is actually a rite of passage.
