Why You Keep Repeating the Same Cycles (Quarterly Review for Creators)

A few months ago, I realized I had gotten really good at planning and really bad at reflecting. I could map out an entire quarter inside Notion. Goals, intentions, workflows, content calendars all of it. But somewhere between the planning and the execution, I stopped checking in with what was actually happening.
