this journey is great for at the end of your day or at the beginning. Its purpose is to open up the original breath patrol source in your body. this is when your breath naturally run from earth to sky and back again. after that step we also open the heart and connect the two sources, I often lead people through this before ceremony to reactivates the bodies and breath inherit wisdom
