"Out of the north he comes in golden splendour." He thinks he's illustrating a theological point. He doesn't know he's announcing an arrival. The storm he describes in chapter 37 is the very storm God will speak from in chapter 38. Elihu is the herald who doesn't know what he's heralding. Twenty-five days of human words. Tomorrow — God.
