Sit with your call center manager and listen to 10 random calls (or pull recordings if you have them). Count how many ended with a real appointment booked versus a "we'll have somebody call you back." Too many callbacks means a Gate 2 problem. * Gate 3 check. Look at your cancel-prior-to-issue rate over the last quarter. Above 10% means appointments are getting set but confirmation and rep assignment are too slow.
