What a week for The Hills. Whitney plays softball and Audrina's cap strikes again. Morg’s dream that Lauren and Whitney hang out comes true! We are the Double Loser Podcast recapping old reality tv shows and are deeply committed to The Hills and the early 2000s right now. Your hosts Morg and Jo recap episodes 9 & 10 this week of season 2. Wouldn't you know it, it's New Years Eve again on The Hills (how is this day so important to this show?) and all the ladies have to get their hair done together. Heidi is definitely feeling the bond between Audrina and LC strengthen while her relationship with Spencer goes to the next level. Will they move in together? I think we all already know the answer to this question but fun to still ask it anyways. Spencer Pratt is dressed like a 1920's mobster and your hosts cannot stop laughing about it. We also celebrate Lauren Conrad's birthday these episodes and Spencer gives an unexpected toast, worth repeating word for word, which we do. And Morg has to eat crow because we thought Jen Bunny was gone for good but she comes back to make a scene at Heidi's work place and for the first time ever Heidi has work to do and can't talk long. This week, your hosts,  Morg and Jo, discuss #TheHills season 2 episodes 7 and 8, and it has it all- a diamond, an Irish goodbye, a betrayal, a bunch of bad dessert jokes, and a burnt out Whitney. Heidi and Lauren gift their friend, Jen, diamonds (an ugly martini glass charm, but still, DIAMONDS!!!) for her birthday and Morg and Jo wonder why they have never splurged so big for each other's birthday (CZ will have to do!). The newly dripping in diamonds Jen then proceeds to go behind Lauren's back and hook up with Brody leading Jo and Morg to discuss the rules and grey areas of girl code. The wedge between Heidi and Lauren grows bigger as Heidi continues to choose Spencer.

Well well well folks. We believe we are witnessing the great breakup of LC and Heidi while simultaneously watching #speidi be born. This week your hosts, Jo & Morg, recap season 2 episode 5 & 6 of #TheHills. And please bear with us because, like we've said, it's our first time watching this show (we know so timely of us). Jo can't help but mention that Spencer Pratt gives off cult leader vibes and now we cannot unsee that. Audrina wows us with her fashion sense and a newsboy knit hat, which allows Morg to walk down memory lane (layered Old Navy tanks anyone?). All of our Hills girls go to what we called the "Love-Hate Dinner" where Heidi whips out her sidekick to text Spencer, UGH! We get introduced to another Teen Vogue intern from NYC and she does not disappoint. No seriously she is nothing like the LA interns she brings a work ethic that Souther California has never seen. Heidi is seen in more questionable work outfits and takes a poll from everyone she knows if she should stay with the Spencester. Eventually everything comes to a head at a club and Spencer and LC have their biggest fight yet. Who will Heidi choose??
