Let’s talk about how to predict a silent stroke. It’s important to understand the nature of a stroke, how the body reacts to it, and how to avoid a stroke. A silent stroke is a stroke that occurs without any symptoms. The damage it creates in the brain doesn’t affect vital areas, so you might not even know you had a stroke. The only cues of a silent stroke could be a small lapse in memory, fatigue, dizziness, or a mood change. But, one source states that they occur five times more often than strokes that produce classic symptoms. If a person has a stroke, they have an increased risk of having another one. Strokes are the second leading cause of death in the world. One of the most common types of strokes involves a blood clot originating from an artery in the brain. A blood clot is a mechanism of healing a bleeding situation. So we need to look at what causes blood clots and the actual root causes of a stroke. Potential root causes of a stroke: • High levels of sugar in the blood • An adrenaline spike from chronic stress • Side effects from certain medications • Smoking • Hypertension (insulin resistance, potassium deficiency, vitamin D deficiency) Top predictors of a stroke: • A high-carb diet • Diabetes • Not consuming enough salad • Stress • A sedentary lifestyle Top ways to help prevent a stroke: 1. Get on the keto diet and do intermittent fasting 2. Consume plenty of salad 3. Exercise regularly 4. Consume nutrient-dense foods Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 58, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. #1 Best Meal to Clear Your Arteries

Instead of telling you what not to eat, today I’m going to tell you what to eat! Find out how to clean your arteries of arterial plaque buildup and discover the unexpected foods that unclog arteries naturally. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: How to clean arteries naturally 0:19 The endothelial layer 1:30 Nitric oxide 2:28 Magnesium and clogged arteries 4:40 The best meal to clean out your arteries 5:07 Foods that unclog arteries 6:20 Vitamin D for heart health Overview of the Healthy Keto® Diet: https://drbrg.co/4k4Ayqyhttps://drbrg.co/4109Iqz Healthy Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting Videos: ▶️    • Dr. Berg's Healthy Keto® Diet Plan - Inter...   ▶️    • Dr. Berg's Guide to Healthy Keto® Eating: ... The endothelial layer is the innermost layer of your arteries. It controls blood pressure, acts as a filter, prevents clots, and supports immune function. The inside of your arteries is very susceptible to problems with insulin. Most people have insulin resistance, which is caused by chronic carbohydrate consumption and constant snacking. Nitric oxide relaxes the blood vessels and is vital for the health of the endothelial layer of the arteries. Vitamin D triggers nitric oxide, which is why many people who are low in vitamin D also have high blood pressure. Arginine, testosterone, and magnesium also trigger nitric oxide. Vitamin D and magnesium can help prevent calcium from building up in the arteries, and vitamin K2 also helps to prevent calcium buildup. Foods like whole grains and seed oils are deemed “heart healthy,” but they spike insulin. We’re also told to avoid saturated fats because of the cholesterol content. There’s a lot of false information regarding a diet that’s truly healthy for your heart. The best meal to clean your arteries would involve foods that don’t spike insulin. A low-carb ketogenic diet is best for your heart. The primary part of the best meal to clean out your arteries should be grass-fed red meat. If you’re having a burger, melt raw cheese on top because it’s high in vitamin K2. Red meat is loaded with zinc, which can directly improve your testosterone. Include a salad with your meal. Arugula is a great addition to any salad, as it can increase nitric oxide and is rich in vitamins C and E. Pumpkin seeds are also beneficial due to their high magnesium, zinc, and selenium content. Vitamin D3 is vital for a healthy heart. Sunlight is the best source, but you may need to take a supplement in the winter. Take at least 10,000 IU daily as a maintenance dose. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting #lowcarbfood Thanks for watching!
