A wart is caused by the HPV virus, while skin tags usually occur in areas of friction. High insulin can increase one's susceptibility to skin tags. People with diabetes, overweight people, and women with PCOS are at a higher risk of developing them. When you produce too much insulin over a period of time, you can develop insulin resistance. Too much insulin is caused by eating too many carbs or frequent eating. Insulin resistance makes it difficult to absorb glucose. Over time, this deprives your brain cells of fuel, leading to memory problems, concentration problems, and early dementia. The solution is to give your body an alternative fuel source, such as ketones, fatty acids, and protein. To do this, lower your carbs and do intermittent fasting. This will lower insulin and prevent growths like skin tags and warts. A virus that comes out of remission can create warts if your immune system is compromised. Sufficient vitamin D can support the immune system and put these viruses back in remission. Take 10,000 IU of vitamin D daily, especially in winter. Povidone iodine is an excellent remedy for skin tags. It has potent antiviral and antimicrobial properties, so it’s also good for warts. Iodine dissolves the protein in the skin tag and acts as a dehydrator. Garlic contains allicin, a powerful antiviral compound effective against warts. Because it’s often difficult to differentiate between warts and skin tags, add garlic to ensure your remedy is effective. Crush one clove of garlic and combine one drop of garlic with one drop of iodine. Apply the mixture to your wart or skin tag and cover it with a band-aid. Today I’m going to share a simple DIY allergy test. This is primarily for food allergies that you can't quite determine. During an allergic reaction, your pulse increases. A pulse oximeter is a great tool to help you check your pulse easily, but you can also check your pulse using your wrist or carotid artery. How to do a DIY allergy test:  1. Check and record your pulse rate: • In the morning, before getting out of bed • Before eating • 30 minutes after eating • 30 minutes after that  • 30 minutes after that  • Before bed 2. Record what you ate next to your pulse rate Typically, you could have an allergy if there is a difference between the low and high pulse rates above 16 points. The pulse rate also needs to be above 84. If you react to a meal, use this test over a few days, eliminating foods one at a time to help you isolate which ingredient is causing a problem. Your fascia is like a wetsuit that surrounds the entire body. Helene Langevin of the National Institutes of Health discovered through acupuncture that when a needle is inserted into the skin, collagen fibers of the fascia begin winding around the needle! When you injure your fascia, you develop scar tissue, which can interfere with movement. Healthy fascia should be dynamic, movable, flexible, and even has electrical properties! Unhealthy or injured fascia develops a disorganized pattern of connective tissue. Stretching at home daily keeps your fascia healthy. Tight muscles and tissues that cause bad posture are one of the biggest problems you can have with your fascia.
