Line 3 | الخط الثالث

Line 3, the newest of the 3, is unique, comfortable, and seems to bring something new. From its screen-filled cars and an actually pleasant air conditioning system to its elevated stations, line 3 captures the direction of modern Cairo's urban development. Arguably, it feels more sterile compared to line 1 for example, but that is to be expected when comparing a historic piece of Cairo's history versus the newest development. الخط الثالث، الأحدث من الثلاث، فريد ومريح ويبدو أنه يجلب شيئًا جديدًا. من سياراته المليئة بالشاشات ونظام تكييف الهواء اللطيف (بالفعل) إلى محطاته العلوية ، يرصد الخط الثالث اتجاه التنمية الحضرية للقاهرة الحديثة. يمكن القول أنه يعطي شعوراً من العقم مقارنة بالخط الأول، ولكن هذا شئ يتوقع عند مقارنة قطعة تاريخية من تاريخ القاهرة أمام أحدث تطور بها.

Line 2 | الخط الثاني

Line 2 evokes an apocalyptic horror-movie aesthetic mostly because of its dreadful never-ending crowds. It does have its moments though, connecting people to the heart of central parts of Cairo and Giza such as Attaba and Cairo University. يستحضر الخط التاني جمالية أفلام الرعب المروعة في الغالب بسبب حشوده التي لا تنتهي أبدًا. لكن لديه لحظاته ، فهو يربط الناس بقلب أجزاء مركزية من القاهرة والجيزة مثل العتبة وجامعة القاهرة.

Line 1 | الخط الأول

Line 1 radiates comfort and stability, the air fresh with most stations being on ground level. Since it served as the main train line from 1989 to 1996, it continues to evoke that conventionality today. One of the most prominent stations is El Shohadaa (previously Hosny Mubarak) that leads to Ramsis Square, home to Misr Station (محطة مصر) which connects Cairo to other cities/governorates. Covering El Marg to Helwan, it is rich and full of character and history having witnessed major historical events all while taking people where they need to go. الخط الأول يعطي احساس بالراحة، هواءه منعش لوجود معظم المحطات على مستوى الأرض. نظرًا لأنه كان بمثابة الخط الرئيسي من عام 1989 إلى عام 1996 ،فإنه لا يزال يستحضر هذا التقليد اليوم. من أبرز المحطات هي محطة الشهداء (حسني مبارك سابقًا) التي تؤدي إلى ميدان رمسيس، وهو يوصل إلي محطة مصر التي تربط القاهرة بالمدن و المحافظات الأخرى. يغطي الخط من المرج إلى حلوان، غني ومليئ بالهوية المصرية والتاريخ حيث أنه شهد أحداثًا تاريخية وكان خلالها ينقل الناس إلى حيث يحتاجون.
