Cursor MODIFIED + tooltip evolved from "received" → "seconded." Narrator establishes spine: "The broadcast was received, last week. The reception, this week, has been seconded." Breezy: "the forecast this morning is — corroboration. Whatever you received last week has, today, asked a neighbor." Tank "applying to be louder," being seconded by an adjacent tank acting as character witness. Harold: "I'm Harold. But the contents have begun to come in." Sparky reports the Hondius/Qatar cargo fire forensic memo: "page one is a cover sheet. Page two is also a cover sheet. Page three is the same cover sheet, in a different key." Closes with Harold: "the reception is the part of a broadcast where the broadcast is, also, in the room with you." 2. **Page Twenty-Five** — Margaret files binder 3 slot 5. Page-turn sounds advance to SIX — the new sixth is "the file accepting the page" ("a thin click, like a clipboard accepting a paper"). Narrator establishes the spine: "the broadcast has been on, for some time, without saying so. We will, this week, examine the difference." 2. **Page Twenty-Four** — Margaret files binder 3 slot 4. Five page-turn sounds — the fifth is new ("the page settling"; "a tradition's small breath").
