Hey! We are back with this new episode, Me time! All this hard work, dealing with life in general ask yourself, "What have I done for ME lately?" This episode talks about ways to give back to yourself, self-love, reset and appreciate all that you do by rewarding yourself. Tami shares some of her experiences of "me time," and hopes to empower and enlighten you to add or increase "me time" for yourself so that you can continue to manage life by sharing positivity with others whether it is family, friends or others in life. This episode talks about how important it is to show love and appreciate the space and time for yourself so that we can keep moving and handling responsibilities that we have in life.

In this episode, we talk about the past is the past we can still move on to being a new version of ourselves. We learn that we shouldn't forget the past as it is a part of ourselves. The past can be uplifting and empowering by sharing our stories or testimonies. The past leads to the future and some tips on how to deal with those who can't move on from our past such as who we used to be. In this episode, we talk about being thankful for all things good or bad. Gratefulness for others and the journey we are on in our lives towards the goals we are trying to reach. Ways to share "your light" with others, and rewarding yourself throughout your journey. Tami also shares her journey of being thankful for her journey of keeping a positive mindset in her journey of becoming a LMSW. Positive, positive, positive!
