Episode 1 Who is David Oliver Kling?

Welcome to the inaugural episode of Esoteric Soup: A spirituality podcast about all things Esoteric, Divergent, and Alternative. This podcast is spawned in the shadow of my previous podcasting endeavor; Sacramental Whine: An Independent Sacramental Movement Podcast [https://sacramentalwhine.libsyn.com/]. I published one hundred and fifteen episodes of Sacramental Whine and cherish the experience of chronicling the Independent Sacramental Movement. I value relationships and felt that Sacramental Whine [https://sacramentalwhine.libsyn.com/], as a project, did not net the long-term relationships that I had hoped for in a project of that sort. The religious community that I am a part of, the Ancient Apostolic Church of Alexandria, is deeply rooted in Christian esotericism and has decided to distance itself from the often-toxic environment of the Independent Sacramental Movement. Even though Sacramental Whine: An Independent Sacramental Movement podcast [https://sacramentalwhine.libsyn.com/] is being gracefully retired, I am a podcaster at heart. I introduce you to “Esoteric Soup: A spiritualty podcast about all things Esoteric, Divergent, and Alternative.” It was recommended to me that the inaugural episode of Esoteric Soup focus on my story and who is David Oliver Kling [https://aacofa.org/kling/].  Links: The Ancient Apostolic Church of Alexandria [https://aacofa.org/].
