Episode 51: Life has been lifeing and paining.

On this episode, I talk about me being intentional about taking care of me. My emotions have been at a battle and I have not recorded any episodes for two weeks because I can't pour out of an empty cup. Life is getting the best of me at the moment but I'm still in the ring fighting. Be encouraged family and keeping fighting your own fight!
