And these four lines of effort (LOEs) are what focuses them: ➤ LOE 1: Deliver Combat Readiness and Cultivate a Warfighter Ethos Deliver reliable, on-time outcomes that keep forces ready to operate. ➤ LOE 2: Attract, Recruit, Develop, and Retain World-Class Airmen Build and sustain the skilled workforce required to execute the mission. ➤ LOE 3: Deliver Supply Chain Readiness and Resiliency Provide consistent, resilient support that withstands disruption and scale. ➤ LOE 4: Modernize and Posture the Industrial Base Upgrade facilities, technology, and capacity to support future demands. Review page 21 to see strategic Objectives for each LOE in one table. These lines of effort align directly to the AFSC P4 Priorities: ✈️ Produce to Promise (See their 'Art of the Possible') ✈️ People Make it Happen ✈️ Process is How We Do It ✈️ Prepare for Competition and Warfighting Make the time to understand them through this and other supporting documentation.
