Today we are joined by Justin Chandler and Liam Lancaster to talk about the first ever NAGA comp in Hickory NC. We had a ton of participation and support from the Fenix team and we wanted to share our thoughts. We had so many students compete that we relied heavily on Chan and Liam to cover the matches that we couldn't. Overall we had a great time and hope to welcome many more grappling tournaments to Hickory.

We had an excellent time talking with Kim and our new co-host Nicole. Kim is a very active and successful Jiu-Jitsu competitor. She is also a Physical Therapist and mother, which are both very time consuming jobs. So all of you "I don't have time" people should take notes. Hope to have her back on soon.

Dr. Henderson is a Chiropractor and a Martial Arts Historian. He has trained in multiple disciplines and studied many more. We have him teach seminars from time to time, hopefully more regularly, and he is an excellent Instructor as well.
