About 2-3 min each side and remove from the pan. Then add the onions fry til soft and translucent, add the garlic and anchovies and continue to fry for 1 min then add spices and toss to cover onion and garlic.Deglaze the pan with the wine(or stock if using), sprinkle over the bone broth powder, add the tinned tomatoes plus half a tin of water, mix well and return the chicken pieces skin side up.Cover and in the oven set timer for 75min. After 75 min remove cover and scatter the olives and continue to cook for 15-20min.Remove from the oven and scatter with parsley. Serve with sides, goes great with pasta, rice, mash potato, greens, or salad.
