Summer Is A Time To Grow Personally

episode Summer Is A Time To Grow Personally cover

Description

The summer season is completely different from the other seasons of the year. At times, it seems summer slows life down, so you can breathe, take some personal time, and renew yourself physically, emotionally, and spiritually. At the same time, summer can be very busy, filled with extra activities, days of travel, and perhaps even many different experiences. Parents with kids at home still have to navigate personal schedules, plus camps, perhaps Vacation Bible School, and other special opportunities children are afforded today.

Where Are You? Assessing Your 1st 6-Months of 2026

We have had a strong and encouraging response to last week’s podcast, WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW TO CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE. If you missed it, please listen to it soon and share it with others. People really do want to have a more positive attitude. Let’s share it with many people so each of us can have a chance to experience a positive change in attitude.  How is your week going? Last week, I spent all of Tuesday and much of Tuesday night in Fort Smith, Arkansas, assisting the Grand Avenue Baptist Church. It was a very productive day, and we are seeing some good things happen. As some of you know, I am assisting this church by preaching on most Sundays when not scheduled elsewhere, and I am also giving time to help provide leadership for their church each week. So, I spend most Tuesdays in Fort Smith from morning through the early evening meetings. Please pray for us. Pray for them to get a pastor soon.
