If you are feeling sad, anxious, depressed, or stressed... you are NOT alone. I recently have been feeling those normal life pressures and realizing how it has impacted my mental health. So I decided to talk about it.  No - it's nothing profound.  And yes - I am fully aware that mental health is extensively more than what I talk about. But I hope it's a start.
