Description

This week I'm talking about dopamine chasing in your business, and I'm calling myself out. I get into the difference between dopamine seeking and plain old scarcity, why repeatable revenue is never an accident, and why the businesses that actually compound are the boring, held-steady ones... not the ones throwing spaghetti at the wall every time a launch goes quiet. 02:04 The Almost-Launch 03:38 Meet The DISCO Framework 08:04 Dopamine Chasing, Explained 12:00 Dopamine Seeking vs Scarcity 15:01 Repeatable Revenue Is Designed ✨ Book a D.I.S.C.O Audit → https://tidycal.com/emilienutley/disco ✨ Apply for 1:1 Mentorship → https://emilienutley.co.uk/momentum ✨ Access the free Revenue Reality Check Calc + Audit → https://emilienutley.myflodesk.com/revenue

Ep 33. Treat your business like a business

This week on Not Just a Revenue, I’m ruffling feathers after a Threads conversation about whether a Gmail address changes how people perceive your business... That spirals into a bigger point: so many things we normalise online wouldn’t fly in “real” businesses, and if we want people to spend serious money with us, we need to look and operate like we mean it. I’m calling myself out too for playing small, charging pittance, and setting “safe” goals that shrink my income. 00:32 Gmail Debate Spark 02:16 Treat It Like Business 05:59 Signs Of Playing Small 09:00 Bigger Goals Mindset 15:35 Sell First Then Hire 17:47 Followers Versus Revenue ✨ Book a D.I.S.C.O Audit → https://tidycal.com/emilienutley/disco ✨ Apply for 1:1 Mentorship → https://emilienutley.co.uk/momentum ✨ Access the free Revenue Reality Check Calc + Audit → https://emilienutley.myflodesk.com/revenue

Ep 32. Your client journey is missing a few steps

This week I’m talking about auditing your client journey, because I keep seeing the same gaps where people are missing out on potential revenue. I break the journey into five stages: cold leads, warm leads, hot leads, current clients, and past clients, and I share what to look for at each point. If you want help mapping and simplifying all of this, I share how we do it inside my 1:1 offer, Momentum. 00:53 Why audit journeys 03:16 Five journey stages 07:46 Cold lead clarity 10:53 Warm lead nurture 13:52 Hot lead conversion 23:16 Nurture current clients 26:32 Past clients referrals ✨ Book a D.I.S.C.O Audit → https://tidycal.com/emilienutley/disco ✨ Apply for 1:1 Mentorship → https://emilienutley.co.uk/momentum ✨ Access the free Revenue Reality Check Calc + Audit → https://emilienutley.myflodesk.com/revenue

Ep 30. Do you have a marketing problem?

In today’s episode I’m unpacking a question I think most business owners need to hear: do you actually have a marketing problem, or is something else broken underneath? I share why I don’t see marketing conferences as the solution when most of us already “know the stuff” but aren’t doing the do, and why marketing should come at the end, not the beginning. Instead of starting with content and hoping for sales, I walk through flipping the process: set a revenue goal, build and price offers to hit that goal, use conversion rates and audience data, and then market based on what the numbers tell you. 01:59 Do You Really Need Marketing 03:06 Marketing Comes Last 06:06 Flip the Business Order 09:28 Audience and Offer Fit 13:11 Pricing and Sales Math 16:45 Data Driven Marketing ✨ Book a D.I.S.C.O Audit → https://tidycal.com/emilienutley/disco ✨ Apply for 1:1 Mentorship → https://emilienutley.co.uk/momentum ✨ Access the free Revenue Reality Check Calc + Audit → https://emilienutley.myflodesk.com/revenue
