Garage Nights
“The land flourished because it was fed from so many sources—because it was nourished by so many cultures and traditions and peoples.” — President Lyndon B. Johnson I sat down with three of my immigrant friends to talk about our journeys to the "Land of Opportunity." Joining me on this episode are: * Freddy Santes: Born in Guatemala, Freddy is currently the Vice President of a painting and wallcovering company. In ministry, he serves as an audio engineer and youth leader at NLSC. * Fernando Amaral: Born in Portugal, Fernando is currently the manager of Custodial Services for NBPS. In ministry, he serves as the Head of the Operations Department and a crew leader at NLSC. * Sam Ajetomobi: Born in Nigeria, Sam is currently a Community Health Worker for Southcoast Health. In ministry, he serves as a leader in the Media/Audio Department, a member of the worship team, and a crew leader at NLSC. These three men have certainly contributed to the nourishing of this great nation, and they continue to do so with character and dignity.
