They explore anxiety, depression and even touch on the spiritual. If you've ever suffered from an overactive mind, this episode will give you some tips into unpacking and liberating your mind. GUEST BIO: Hi! My name is Missy Maiorano and I am a Certified Change Coach with a passion for helping people who suffer with chronic or acute physical symptoms as well as issues with anxiety, depression, or overwhelm. I was drawn to coaching after a lengthy season of suffering with chronic hives and idiopathic angioedema, along with extreme anxiety, panic, and depression. Before becoming certified myself, I sought advice from more traditional therapists than I can count. Thankfully, I just sort-of “fell into” a whole new understanding of life that opened my eyes and my heart to something so much deeper. Today, I coach full-time from this deeper and MUCH lighter understanding of who we are and how Life unfolds. My work with clients and groups is more of an “unlearning” and an “uncovering.” Together, we see what is stable, timeless, and innate beneath the veils of cultural conditioning and learned concepts. The experience of Life becomes freer, lighter, and much more expansive. Years of executive dysfunction, perimenopause, and rising anxiety had left her overwhelmed and questioning her own potential. Her diagnosis marked a turning point. She immersed herself in understanding ADHD and, in doing so, discovered something even more transformative: a spiritual perspective on what it means to be human. Through this lens, Juliet was able to release limiting identities shaped by five decades of misunderstanding herself. She learned how to navigate emotions—like anxiety—with greater ease. She has two-years training in counselling and now has an established coaching practice supporting adults. Blending practical strategies with grounded spirituality, Juliet helps her clients find clarity, inner peace, and the confidence to live their life with purpose to reach their full potential and thrive with ADHD.

Human Connection and ADHD - Why You Find It Hard To Communicate

Get in touch to see how I can help you! https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/ [https://giftedwithadhd.co.uk/] In this episode of Gifted With ADHD, Juliet talks with Claire Knight about communication and ADHD. Do you ever feel that you struggle to communicate properly with others, or that you have anxious thoughts about things that you've said? This episode unpacks those feelings and offers some advice to help you feel connected, loved and able to express yourself. ABOUT THE GUEST Claire is a proud mother of three young adults, a cancer survivor, a coach, a leadership consultant, and a mindfulness teacher.  Her mission in life is to help people experience productivity, health, happiness, connection and joy by finding simple ways to tap into their innate wisdom.  Before setting up her own business - The Barnfield Bureau Ltd - Claire made sure she was never bored by nurturing a squiggly career and a range of hobbies....   ... From Mecca Bingo to Madame Tussauds, the National Blood Service to two major cancer charities, the common thread was leading teams to create services and experiences that matter (whether delivering excitement and delight, saving lives, or bringing connection and hope). Her hobbies tend to last about 10 years and have included dancing, beekeeping, fell running and Pilates. Who knows what is next?! Claire is ICF-accredited (ACC level) and Clarity Certified ® as a coach, and has trained in the Jon Kabat-Zinn methods of mindfulness. Her clients say they feel safe enough to bring any subject to their coaching sessions, which means they can explore what they really feel and want without self-judgement or masking.  Socials: To find out more, see www.linkedin.com/in/claire-knight-barnfield-bureau [http://www.linkedin.com/in/claire-knight-barnfield-bureau] To get in touch or join a mailing list for future events email claire@barnfieldbureau.com HOST BIO Juliet was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 50, after a lifetime of believing she was fundamentally flawed—without realising there was a biological explanation behind her struggles.
