This is a very vulnerable episode, I talk about my journey through body-image struggles, OCD, my disordered eating, mindful eating and portion control and the lies of the enemy. Satan is so crafty and will use anything and everything to get us trapped, confused, and consumed. Whenever we put our hope into anything other than the Lord.
