Good Mum, Bad Mum..?

Good Mum, Bad Mum podcast is a place where we can discuss the good and bad parts about being a mum or parent. Being a caregiver to children can be so joyous, yet so hard. There are not enough safe spaces to talk about our feelings and experiences, so I thought why not make a podcast to act as a safe space. We are good mums, and occasionally bad ones because we are human! Let’s give ourselves grace and learn from each other’s mistakes and experiences. Let’s be better parents, for ourselves and our children.
