Ep. 6: Conclusion: Goodbye for now.

This is the final episode of the Growing up with ADHD podcast. I have really enjoyed creating this for you all as part of my master's project. In this episode we go over what we have learned. I had a lot of fun putting this series together for you all, and I hope you learned something through it just as I did. If there is one thing you pick up from this episode, I hope it is to just be supportive of those with ADHD, and just give them a chance. No one deserves to live a life of being surrounded by stigma, and people with ADHD certainly deserve better as well. Thanks for listening in. If you made it through this whole series, snaps to you! This will not be the last time you hear from me. Follow me on @lifesnotespodcast on Instagram for updates. For now though, Goodbye.
