About Habits

Habits is a health-focused podcast that will feature interviews with research and community experts, community organizers, and community members to provide insight into various health topics that influence the lives of East-Central Indiana citizens.DISCLAIMER~While we make every effort to broadcast correct information, we are still learning. Habits Rewind

Join us for the final episode of the season as we rewind and listen to some of the best advice, resources, and tips our guests had to offer. For our end-of-the-year episode, we’re looking back at all the valuable advice, helpful tips, and resources shared by our guests over the past three seasons. This clip show will highlight key health topics we've explored, giving you a quick snapshot of everything Habits has covered.  If you’re curious about the motivation behind this podcast or want to learn more about the HLC, we recommend checking out our two shortest episodes: Season 1, Episode 0 ‘All About Habits’, and Season 2, Episode 5 ‘All About the HLC’.  We encourage you to listen to all the Habits episodes while we take a brief hiatus, with plans to return in the spring. We’ve appreciated all the support over the past two years and hope you’ll join us when the show continues. As always, stay healthy and keep building healthy habits.
